I get asked to make all sorts of things.
And the one area I've loved about #woodworking for a number of years, is Carving letters, words, numbers & names.
Woodworking is a great way to make a living. Not the easiest way in the UK. But at least it does get easier with practice.
The most important part is to get the layout right, the font and lastly and most importantly the grain direction.
In this video I show you how I carve letters.
But thats after going through some of the problems I've had with Peter Galberts drilling jig for legs.
